| Safer and Stronger Communities Board (SSCB) |
The SSCB has been established as the mechanism for addressing the community safety issues that require a strategic county-wide approach and delivering the Safer Stronger elements of the LAA.
A key role is to ensure that overall performance in the county is improved and that action is targeted to priority issues in the county.
The County Council provides a key role, alongside the DAAT and the Police Community Safety Unit in supporting the Board. |

| Local Criminal Justice Board |
A key role is to deliver joined up local justice and provide a modern and efficient service for Northamptonshire.
The board are responsible for reviewing performance and driving change within the Criminal Justice System and improving services for victims and witnesses |

| Multi Agency Prolific and Priority Offender Management Board (MAPPOM) |
The core purpose of MAPPOM is to bring together organisations in Northamptonshire in order to co-ordinate and contribute to the countywide delivery of the Prolific and Priority Offender Strategy.
The aims of this group are to actively tackle those who are already prolific offenders and to work with identified prolific offenders to stop their offending by offering a range of supportive interventions and to stop people, overwhelmingly young people, engaging in offending behaviours and graduating in to prolific offenders. |
