Our most recent customer satisfaction survey carried out during April-July 2005 had 406 responses and it told us the following:

Customer Comments

Over 73% of our customers knew that we operated an appointment system, and those customers who made an appointment, over 93% waited less than 10 minutes to be seen within their allotted appointment time.

Births

"It was very good because I gave my baby's middle names the wrong way around and she corrected them, no problem and did another print out".
