Northamptonshire Register Offices

To find general information about each Register Office, such as opening hours, car parking etc. simply click on the Office you require.

All offices operate an appointment system so you will need to telephone them to make one

All Northamptonshire Register Offices operate a strict no smoking policy. The only animals allowed in the buildings are those registered Assistance Dogs, such as Guide Dogs, Dogs for the Deaf etc.

Births and Deaths can be registered at all Offices and outstations. Those Offices open on a Saturday are only open for marriages and civil partnerships. None of the Register Offices are open on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday, although it is sometimes possible to have a civil marriage or civil partnership on a Sunday in an Approved Premise.

A list of Parishes covered by Corby, Daventry, Kettering, Northampton, Oundle, Towcester and Wellingborough Register Offices are shown at each register office on the relevant pages. This means that any birth, death, marriage or civil partnership which takes place in those Parishes listed will be recorded at that particular Office.  It also means that if you want to give notice of marriage you have to do so at the Office that covers the Parish where you live, however you can give notice to register your civil partnership at any of the register offices in the County.
