Welcome to Northamptonshire County Council’s second race equality scheme.
Northamptonshire County Council has just published its first Disability Equality Scheme. Our aim is to take into account the needs of disabled people in everything the council does. We have also produced a summary of this policy document and a leaflet for council employees outlining their responsibilities under the Disability Equality Scheme.
Social Inclusion & Equalities publishes a quarterly newsletter, 'Inclusion & Equality', detailing the ongoing work of the team.
Northamptonshire County Council recently published its race monitoring data in a report presented to cabinet on 31 August 2004. We are pleased to release this data into the public domain.
