The purpose of the Satisfaction Survey was to obtain a measurement of stakeholder satisfaction with the Community Funding Advisory Panel and Cabinet Sub-Committee (CFAP) process, in order that the requirement set out in the CFAP Business Plan and the Voluntary Sector Support Unit service Plan for 2006/7 is met.
The core objective was to determine the percentage satisfaction of applicants and stakeholders with the Northamptonshire County Council funding process.
Applicants to the capital, strategic and youth small grants scheme were asked about application process issues and the support received from the Voluntary Sector Support Unit. The infrastructure tendering process was another area that was investigated. The stakeholders in the CFAP process were also asked for their satisfaction with different elements of the process. Additional questions relating to the Thematic Partnership procedure were also posed.
