Confidentiality and use of your information
Your information will be used to progress your complaint. The extent to which confidentiality is to be maintained in the investigation of a complaint will depend on:
- the requirements of the Data Protection Act
- the nature of the complaint
- the extent to which the complainant maintains confidentiality
- the effect on any employee whose actions have been criticised.
