These are the final budget proposals that will be voted on by full council. They outline the council's spending and council tax plans for the forthcoming year.
The final round of budget proposals has maintained a commitment to low taxes and a stronger emphasis on funding people's priorities such as the fight against crime, antisocial behaviour, public transport, roads and looked after children.
