Northamptonshire Older Peoples Advisory Group (N-OPAG) was formed in March 2002. Its Mission Statement is to 'actively seek to improve the lives of older people, aged 50+, living in Northants'.
Its main aims are to:

improve public services

give older people a greater opportunity to speak out effectively on matters of a local and national interest

give older people a greater opportunity to participate in all areas of public life

give greater recognition of the contribution that older people make in their communities
Who's involved in N-OPAG ?
N-OPAG represents older people countywide. It's members come from every part of Northamptonshire. They represent different ethnic groups, ages, gender and have an active interest in older peoples groups. N-OPAG meets seven times per year with each meeting focussing on a particular issue of concern to older people.
