Best Value Performance Plan (BVPP) 2008-2009

On 26 June 2008 the council agreed the Council Plan for 2008-12 and the latest Best Value Performance Plan (BVPP). These set out to answer some key questions:

• What has the county council achieved in the last year?
• What is the council planning to do for local people and communities over the next four years?
• How is the council going to go about doing this?
