We are responsible for disposing of all the rubbish generated by households in Northamptonshire. Any rubbish you do not separate out for recycling is taken to landfill.

We are currently working with Milton Keynes Council to procure a new waste disposal technology that will divert over 190,000 tonnes of refuse from landfill.

Your waste is collected by your local district or borough council. As a collection authority, your local council will provide you with receptacles for recycling and general refuse. If you have any questions relating to the collection of your rubbish please contact the relevant district or borough council.
