Working Together to Improve Our Performance
Health Trusts in Northamptonshire and Community Services (part of Northamptonshire County Council) have joined forces to look at how we are performing across a range of services.
We have taken our common objectives:
- Helping people to live independent lives
- Health and well being of the population
- Access to services
and agreed which areas of performance are relevant to each objective.
Every quarter, we look together at how we are doing; we identify the barriers to improving our performance and agree actions.
