Are you experiencing mental distress?
We are working with Northamptonshire Teaching Primary Care Trust in a new project to help people who experience mental distress.
The project which is called Learn2b will teach you new skills that will enhance your well-being, confidence and self esteem.
Learn2b offers a range of learning opportunities in smaller supported groups based on the following themes:
- Healthy Living - groups focused on sporting activities, nutrition and recreational pursuits
- Creative Expression - using creating writing, arts and crafts to aid expression
- Well-Being - groups focused on managing distressing symptoms, such as anxiety, panic or low mood
If you would like to find out more about Learn2b please contact Sonya Terry on 01604 893459 or email sonya.terry@northants.nhs.uk
