Do I need to submit any additional paperwork with my application?

Where the forms are available electronically please click on the school name to download the form. All additional forms are also available from the school and need to be returned directly to the school by the date specified.
You need to complete an additional form for each of the following schools if they are included amongst your preferences (first, second or third).
This is in order to assess your application against the schools admission criteria, the governors of these schools need additional information, for example, about church allegiance.
For any school with a Foundation or Voluntary Aided status not listed above, please check directly with the school as to whether an additional form is necessary.
If you believe that your child has exceptional medical or social needs you will need to provide evidence of this from an appropriate professional. The needs must relate to your child and the evidence must detail how the needs of your child can only be met at your preferred school. This can be sent in a sealed envelope if you prefer. The information will only be seen by staff in the Admissions Team and will be treated as confidential.
