Category C Approval - how to apply
- Plan your visit
- Make a preliminary visit if necessary
- Produce Risk assessments - see Risk Assessments page
- Obtain approval from your EVC, Head and Govenors
 Complete the Category C Approval Form (Word format 94kb)
- Send your visit itinerary, risk assessments and category C form to the County Outdoor Education Advisor using the contact details on the right.
- Receive LA approval to go ahead
- Follow the approved off-site visit procedure - see Educational Visits Policy page
