Terms and Conditions: Course Bookings

How to Book

We prefer to receive your course bookings at least one month before the course so that you can receive confirmation and make cover arrangements in good time. Courses remain open however until the day before and bookings will be accepted and processed in order of receipt, subject to course availability. We can receive your booking however suits you - please see How to Book Courses.

Confirmation of your booking

  • You will receive confirmation at least one month before the course (unless your booking is received within this period)
  •  Where courses are over-subscribed it may be necessary to repeat them on an alternative date and/or venue. You will receive notification as soon as possible.

Cancellation and changes

Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to run a published course.

  • If a course is cancelled, we will:
    • endeavour to tell you one calendar month before the course
    • negotiate alternative consultancy or provision
  • If a course is substantially changed, we will:
    • give you one month's notice of any change to date and venue
    • give you the option of accepting or declining the changes
    • make no charge to you if you cannot attend the modified course
  • If a course is rescheduled owing to unforeseen circumstances, we will:
    • offer a revised arrangement
    • offer a full refund if this arrangement is not acceptable
  • In the event that you need to cancel a delegate's place on a course, the following charges apply:
    • If you give us 11 days notice or more  - No charge
    • If you give us 10 days notice or less - Full course cost will be charged
  • Residential or venue costs, where they are in addition to normal training costs, will also be charged if we are unable to re-allocate the place.

Charges

  • Course fees and consultancy will be invoiced as soon as possible after the training has commenced unless you hold a current Service Level Agreement.
