It runs from Saturday 12th July until Saturday 6th September 2008 and it's free to join the library and the Team Read.

Collect a free fold-out poster of the Team Read stadium to mark down the library books you’ve read. Collect a set of stickers for each 2 books - bronze, silver then gold. Once you have read at least 6 books from the library you will be rewarded with a Team Read medal and certificate.

Complete the challenge and enter your name in a prize draw with the chance to win some free rides at Wicksteed Park, or tickets for Rockingham Motor Speedway, the British Superbikes event at Silverstone, Rushden and Diamonds, Northants Cricket or Northampton Saints

Bookstart Book Crawl - If you are under 5 you can join the Bookstart Book Crawl. Just visit the library 4 times to borrow books and you will receive a special certificate.

There are also lots of other fun things to do in libraries across the County.

Why not enter the design a sports outfit competition running in the Northampton libraries, or come to a story and craft session, or maybe bring your family on the family walks and stories, or try table top football, mini Olympics, quizzes, yoga, bug hunting and more!

Please note children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult, booking is essential and there are small charges for some of the activities (ranging from £1.00 to £1.50).  For more details use the Team Read activities link below:

In addition to the above there are a range of activities sponsored by the Arts Council England in Corby, Danesholme, Far Cotton and St James Libraries.
