Become a friend of your local library!
If you love your local library you’ll love our friends of the library scheme. For a small annual fee we’re inviting you to become a friend of the library. It’s a way for you to show your support for your library - in return you’ll receive extra member benefits to help you get even more from your library!
As a friend of the library you will get the following benefits:
- A regular newsletter packed with information about books, CDs, DVDs and library events
- Advanced viewing of our celebrated book, CD and DVD stock sales
- Privileged access to our live literature events with a chance to meet the authors
- A mention on our roll of honour to be displayed at your local library
- Invitation to special friends’ events
There are four categories of friend with different annual subscription rates- please use the link below for more detail
