Library Service Headquarters

Library Service Headquarters is in the County Council Offices, 8-10 The Lakes, John Dryden House, Northampton, NN4 7DD. 

The library systems team and a small administrative team are based here together with part of the Library Management Team:

• Grace Kempster, the Library Service Manager, who has overall responsibility for the Northamptonshire Libraries and Information Service.
• Hugh Marks, Resources Manager, who has countywide responsibilities for stock, systems and equipment.
• Mike Walter, Adult Reader Services and Projects Librarian, who has countywide responsibilities for accessibility, adult reader development and the Library to you services.
• Dawn Howsam, Principal Librarian (Performance), who has countywide responsibilities for public computer and internet services (including the Peoples Network) and performance information.
