Q: What’s the difference between a Full library member and a Virtual Library member?

A: A Full library member gets a personal library ticket, which means they can borrow books and other items from Northamptonshire public libraries as well as using our online information resources.  A Virtual library member gets a membership number which means they can use our excellent online resources which are only available to Northamptonshire Libraries and Information Service members.  Virtual library members cannot borrow books and other items.
