People's Network Enquire - your questions answered

Your questions answered - Enquire instantly connects you to someone who is trained to help you find the answers to any questions you have.

Enquire is a live question and answer service available 24 hours a day, every day. It works like instant messaging or chat room technology, allowing you to put questions to trained staff who can help you, just as they would if you were talking to them face-to-face or on the telephone.

Best of all the service is free and anyone can use it!

Library services in England are working with library staff internationally to deliver Enquire around the clock. English library staff currently deliver the service from Monday-Friday, 9am until 5pm, with international library partners covering other times.

Please note you probably won't speak to someone from your own library service as many libraries take part in delivering Enquire.
