Meetings at Grendon

Grendon boasts a stunning Queen Anne House set in glorious countryside. The centre is conveniently located between Northampton and Wellingborough with ample free car parking. Our flexible venue offers a choice of 6 meeting rooms catering for 2-60 delegates.

For conferences requiring accommodation the centre has two accommodation buildings, the Main House and Marlow Hall, which offer predominantly dormitory bedrooms and separate single and twin rooms.

Corporate activity packages are also available including our great range of adventurous activities.

The centre offers both all-inclusive day delegate rates and room only rates for meetings.

Main Lounge

The Main House offers delegates the use of three rooms:

  • The lounge is a large well-lit meeting room with stunning views across our formal lawns.
  • The dining room adjoins the lounge and offers a separate area for lunch and breaks.
  • The drawing room offers an intimate breakout room.

How to book

  1. Contact Grendon to discuss your booking and check availability.
  2. Make a provisional booking
  3. Your booking details, booking form and terms and conditions will be sent to you
  4. Return your booking form alongside a £50 deposit within two weeks. Please request an invoice for your deposit if required.
  5. An email will be sent to confirm your booking.
  6. Failure to return your booking form and deposit within two weeks will result in the cancellation of your provisional booking.
