  Road markings and signage, current road works, search for planned highway schemes, traffic management
  
  
• Roads and pathway maintenance
  Pavements, salting (gritting), snow clearance, street furniture, street lights, temporary traffic lights and verges.
  
  
• Road Safety
  Casualty Reduction Unit, Dangerous road junctions, driver assessments and training, pedestrian crossings, safety cameras, speed limits, traffic calming schemes.
  
  
• Street Doctor - report highways problems online
  Report a highway problem online, eg potholes, faulty street lights, blocked drains, damaged kerbs and many more. You can track your submission online and see what we are doing about it.
  
  
• Transport Planning
  Transport strategy, Local Transport Plan, New Roads and Major Transport Initiatives, design guides for residential and commercial roads.
  
  
• Walking and Cycling
  Maps of  walking and cycle paths in the county
