Highways - vandalism

Vandalism is an illegal, anti-social activity that creates a negative impression of an area and contributes to people's fear of crime.

If you would like to report any acts of vandalism on the highway please email: streetdoctor@northamptonshire.gov.uk  or use the online streetdoctor reporting form.

Forms of  vandalism which the County Council are responsible for are:-

  • Street Lights
  • Traffic Lights
  • Pedestrian Crossings
  • Road Signs

Others acts of vandalism to council property, private property or street furniture should be reported to the relevant district or borough council.  Alternatively, contact your local police station, see related links below.
