New framework agreement for residential and nursing care

After extensive consultation between Northamptonshire County Council and Service Provider Organisations, we have now agreed the final version of the Framework Agreement. These have been issued to all Providers as a staggered process. All new placements made will come within the Terms and Conditions of this new Framework Agreement.
