The Inspection Report
The inspection of services for older people in Northamptonshire took place between 2nd and 13th July 2007. The inspection was carried out by two inspectors from the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and an 'expert by experience', a person with experience of using social care services.
The scope of the inspection included:
- social care services for older people, which were commissioned or provided by the council
- an assessment of the council's joint working and jointly provided services.
