The Children and Young People’s Partnership is investing in Workforce Reform by rolling out a continuous programme of core training in the Family Partnership Model (FPM).
The multi-agency training commenced in January 2006. Since 2007 it has been delivered by a team of eight Facilitators from various disciplines within Northamptonshire's CYPP. Training is available to managers and practitioners across the county’s children and young people's workforce.
FPM is a component within a ‘house style’ for family support services, offering professionals the opportunity to develop shared meaning across disciplines.
