Q: What do we need to bring?
A: There is no need to bring anything special for your trip to Everdon as we provide all the equipment including waterproofs, Wellingtons, nets, magnifying glasses etc – this is all included in the price. All the equipment we provide is regularly inspected. Just make sure your children bring clothes suitable for the season such as warm jumpers for winter and lighter clothes for summer.
When your booking is confirmed we will send you a recommended clothing and kit list.

Q: What happens if any of the children can’t make it?
A: You will still be charged for your minimum number of children. If the majority of your group is unable to attend, we can re arrange your trip for another time. However, if you wish to cancel your booking, we would need a minimum of a weeks notice otherwise we will retain your booking fee to cover costs.

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of our experience?
A: If the weather is due to be wet, windy or cold don’t worry! We can usually still go out as long as the children have plenty of layers on.
Alternatively if the weather is extremely bad, we may ask you to choose an alternative activity or even postpone your visit if necessary
