Talks/Tours
- Members of staff can give talks outside the office or provide tours of the Record Office to groups.
- The talks and tours last approximately one hour.
- A minimum donation of £30 towards our fund for the acquisition and preservation of archives is requested.

Group visits
- Group visits to the Record Office will only be given to groups of 10 or more people.
- Where a member of staff is giving a talk/presentation away from the Record Office, the expectation should be that at least 15 people will be present.
Health and Safety
- Please be aware that children must be supervised at all times during the talk/tour by an appropriate adult.
- If a staff member is giving the talk away from the office they are required to undertake a Health and Safety assessment of the area in which they are to give the talk prior to commencement.
- If the area is deemed to be unsafe, and the issues cannot be rectified before the talk begins, they will not be able to give the talk, and are required to leave immediately.
Exhibitions
- There is no regular programme of exhibitions, but from time to time an exhibition may be put on to mark a particular event or occasion.
