What is the Council Plan?
The Council Plan is the Council’s key planning document which sets out our core purpose and priority outcomes.
Following last year’s radical refocusing of the Plan to reflect the challenging new environment within which the Council is now operating, the Council Plan has been refreshed to further align the Council’s vision to the challenges ahead.
The Council Plan 2012-16 is in effect an addendum to the comprehensive 2011-15 iteration which can also be viewed below. The plan is reviewed and updated every year.
