As the Local Authority (LA) we do not hold information relating to your past exam certificates.

If you have lost or misplaced your exam certificates and would like to obtain copies, you will need to know the school DCSF number or the centre where you took your exam(s) unique number and the awarding examining body.

If you contact the school/centre where you took your exams and ask for the Examinations Officer, they may be able to provide you with the name of the examining body and the school's or centres unique identification number.
