Teach Northamptonshire Leadership Network is designed to enable senior leaders to find the support they need to develop their careers and be successful in the leadership roles they undertake. We wish to develop high quality leaders who can improve standards in our schools and develop other leaders to assist in the task.

Our work begins here with provision for a group of individuals that have taken the initiative to move forward in becoming school leaders. The DASH group - Deputies and ASpiring Heads  - are able to access a range of opportunities designed to encourage, inspire and support your aspirations.

There are many routes to success but our aim is to listen to what you need and respond by providing suitable events, support networks and programmes.

Currently we offer:

• Deputy heads and senior leaders support groups
• NPQH Taster sessions and local cohorts
• Aspirant heads NPQH application support - Go for it 
• DASH Conference
• Aspirant Heads Residential or equivalent
• Associate Head teacher funded short secondments
• Associate Head teacher exchange schemes through the Leadership Network
