The Teach Northamptonshire Leadership Network provide development opportunities for existing Headteachers.

In the constantly changing world of education there are always opportunities for innovation and development. With their contacts with National College and Central Government the LA is able to monitor new programmes and provide local support for experienced heads who would like to develop their careers further.

This is done by maintaining the network at this advanced level and offering opportunities for schools, and hence head teachers, to participate in pilot schemes and undertake training to diversify into alternative career developments.

We provide:

• Information and support on development opportunities for experienced head Teachers – LLEs, NLEs Professional partners, National College initiatives, Executive heads.
