There are opportunities for teachers in Northamptonshire, at all stages in their career,  to develop their leadership skills. The Teach Northamptonshire Leadership Network supports Deputies and Aspiring Headteachers forward into Headship. We further support through the initial years of Headship and develop further skills to assist in bringing on new leaders or schools through National and Local initiatives.

We develop and coordinate a variety of internal and external programmes and local support networks, working closely with partners, such as the National College, to ensure access to a range of high quality provision to meet local needs.
