This is a programme offered annually to headteachers which has run successfully since 2006.

The Headspace Programme offers leaders:

• the resources to improve their resilience and to work more effectively
• a safe and confidential framework to reflect together on the practical issues of leadership
• develop robust, creative and sustainable strategies
• the chance to enhance their capacity to work in a complex, constantly changing environment
• face challenges with optimism and creativity.
