Applying for a Secondary School Place
Please note: where there is not a direct link below to the form for any school, parents should contact the school directly to request one.
You need to complete an additional form for each of the following schools if they are included amongst your preferences (first, second or third):
This is in order to assess your application against the schools oversubscription admission criteria, the governors of these schools need additional information, for example, about church allegiance.
Please note that there is no additional form for Brooke Weston Academy, Corby Business Academy or Kettering Science Academy this year.
You need to complete an additional form or submit a portfolio for each of the following schools if you are applying on aptitude grounds (for further details on aptitude tests please see the school’s prospectus or website):

Applying for a Primary / Junior School Place
You need to complete an additional form for each of the following schools if they are included amongst your preferences (first, second or third):
The following schools ask for an AR/1 form to be completed if applying on faith grounds.
All parents are advised to check with any other primary school as to whether a supplementary forms is required.
