The Adult Learning Service is working with Northamptonshire Teaching Primary Care Trust to help people who experience mental distress.
Learn2b courses will teach you new skills that may enhance your wellbeing, confidence and self esteem. Learn2b offers a range of free learning opportunities in smaller supported groups based on the following themes:
- Healthy Living - groups focused on physical activities, nutrition and recreational pursuits
- Creative Expression - using creating writing, arts and crafts to aid expression
- Wellbeing - groups focused on managing distressing symptoms, such as anxiety, panic or low mood
