The Service Level Agreement

For schools that purchase the full Service Level Agreement (SLA) the following summarises what is covered in relation to Occupational Health.

Schools that do not purchase the full SLA can access the service but will need to contact the LGSS website to obtain the current charges.

Once you have purchased an SLA or requested access to Occupational Health on a chargeable basis, you will need to log in with your normal extranet username and password.


  • Information relating to pre-employment checks for new employees and recruitment can be found on the Payroll and Recruitment Services, Recruitment and Job Application Forms - Education extranet via login 

During employment

  • Referrals during employment (as part of the schools absence management policy)
  • Support and help on Ill Health Retirements.
  • Information on the above can be found on the HR Advisory and Policies, Occupational Health - Education Extranet via login
