| King's Sutton Well-head |
This 19th century well-head is a replica of the original St. Rumbold's well which is located about 300 metres away in the grounds of Astrop House.
Astrop was a well-known spa in the 18th century

On Charlton Rd, leaving village.
Please take care on busy road and on the short sloping path leading down to the monument.
The latter can be slippery. The well water is not suitable for drinking. |

A 1823 memorial to the Battle of Naseby in 1645, built on an old windmill mound over a mile from the battlefield. |
On east side of Clipston Rd, outside village. Please park in lay-by provided. Caution when crossing road from the lay-by.

Erected in 1936 by Mr C. H. Reich at the spot which he thought marked the start of the cavalry charge of Oliver Cromwell.
In fact it stands at the right hand flank of the Parliament infantry. |
On west side of Sibbertoft Rd, outside of Naseby Village. Park in lay-by provided.
Beware of passing traffic when using the lay-by. |
