The Northamptonshire Studies Collection is the county's main collection of printed and pictorial material on the history of Northamptonshire, from the 16th Century to the present.

You can access local newspapers dated from 1720 to the present at various libraries. Find articles from 1999 in our local newspaper index.
- Photographs and Other Images
Around 1000,000 images including views of Northamptonshire on a wide range of subjects, also family and individual portraits.
