Implementation of Common Assessment in Northamptonshire is overseen by a multi agency Steering Group. It is one of the key priorities of the Children & Young People's Partnership Board which both facilitates and necessitates effective multi agency working.

Countywide implementation is now rolling out in phases centred on clusters of schools and Children's Centres and involving the local statutory and voluntary sector partners in those areas.
