Who is the Guidance is for?

• Practitioners/managers who wish to commission services for a child, a family, or a small number of children or families.
• Managers who wish to commission services for a specific population group across a local area or locality.
• Operation managers who will have an input into commissioning at a strategic and/or regional or sub-regional level.
• All NCC staff

Schools

• Should seek advice from the school (Head Teacher/Bursar/School Governors) as to whether you can use this Guidance or the School Finance Handbook.
