The Everdon Experience

Everdon specialises in introducing children and young people to nature and the environment by engaging them in a variety of exciting outdoor educational activities. It's a fun, exciting and adventurous learning experience for either a day or a residential trip. Alternatively why not arrange for us to come to you?

The Centre is staffed by fully qualified, experienced Rangers, who will lead the activities. They are able to liaise with visiting staff to provide programmes to meet their children's needs. All the staff have current Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks and the Rangers hold a current First Aid qualification.

  • Primary Schools
Residential or day courses designed to complement the National Curriculum. Introduce your children to the environment, and build on their social skills and self awareness.

  • Pre-Schools, Playgroups and Nurseries
Children from the age of two and a half can come along to the Centre for a wicked wildlife experience or we can come to a venue near you.

  • Forest Schools
Through six weekly sessions, your children will discover and experience the excitement of exploring a woodland environment.

  • Children's Centres
The Everdon Team can help your children and families experience nature at your own Centre or why not organise a trip for your families to visit our woods.

  • Secondary Schools
The Everdon Team can offer some great outdoor education and team building courses as well as Transition Courses for Year 6/7.

  • Professional Development Services
We offer a variety of courses to Teachers, School Staff and Early Years Professionals; organise outdoor conferences; provide advice and guidance on using outdoor areas.

  • Clubs, Groups and Families
We can run great activities for Scouts, Guides, Rainbows, Brownies, a group of families with a spare day, or for entertainment during the holidays. These can be tailored to meet your needs.
