The Free School Meal team (part of Flourish Company) will be able to check your eligibility and verify whether you are eligible, you will not need to provide us with any evidence.

The Team will then review your eligibility on a regular basis.

You must make sure that you write to us if you stop receiving your benefit or your address changes.
