We are all responsible for health and safety:

• Please respect the site speed limit of 5mph.
• Please follow any instructions given.
• Please keep children and animals in your vehicle while at the centre.
• If you are elderly or disabled and require help putting items into the containers please ask the site Recycling Assistant for assistance.
• Please ensure you keep personal belongings and your car secure whilst leaving your vehicle.
• All vehicles visiting the HWRCs are restricted to a maximum gross vehicle weight of 3500kg.

It may be necessary on certain occasions, for example when there are severe weather conditions, to close the sites for a limited time to protect the health and safety of staff and visitors. This may be done at short notice and at the discretion of the site management.
