    The Civil Contingencies Act 2004 (CCA) places a legal duty on responders to undertake risk assessments and maintain them in a published Community Risk Register.

  • Integrated Emergency Management Structure
    Membership and chairs.

  • Multi-Agency Pandemic Flu Plan
    This plan is designed to cope with the non-health aspects of a pandemic influenza (flu) outbreak and should be read in conjunction with the individual agencies pandemic flu plan.

    The Northamptonshire Emergency Plan (NEP) has been prepared for use in the event of a major incident being declared within Northamptonshire.

    To aid parish councils we have produced a model parish council emergency response plan, a model quick response plan and a comprehensive guidance document.
