Successful candidate forms

The recruitment process requires successful candidates to provide the council with the additional information needed to progress the offer of employment. 
 
Where a candidate is required to provide additional information this will be requested in the Conditional Offer letter.  Conditional Offer letters will contain URL links to the appropriate forms (below) that a successful candidate is required to complete and submit.

Candidates need only provide the information requested in the Conditional Offer letter.  Please note that information requested will vary dependant upon the type of post.
 
All forms requested in the Conditional Offer letter should be completed by the successful candidate, signed and the original form returned to the Recruiting Manager.  The Recruiting Manager is the person whose name appears at the bottom of the Conditional Offer.
