On 1st April 2011, the Council’s new pay and benefits arrangements were implemented.
If you have queries which relate to the new pay and benefits arrangements, in the first instance, please refer to your pay and benefits offer letter and the ‘Pay Changes and New Terms & Conditions’ booklet that was sent out with your letter.
You may also like to talk to your manager or head teacher to help you resolve your query. Please also see the Pay Progression page for an explanation of how progression will be linked to performance for increments in April 2012.
