Are you looking for a new and unique challenge?


We need an inspirational leader to steer us through a pivotal moment in the federation’s history. The federation will merge into a primary school on a new site, due to open in September 2016. Our new school will grow from an over-subscribed 1FE to 2FE over five years. This would represent a great opportunity for the right person to make a real difference for the schools and local community, and to help us to make a success of the move into the new school.


We’re a flourishing village federation of schools, and our long-standing head teacher, who is retiring, has had a very successful time leading the school over the past 11 years. The governors, staff, pupils and parents want to appoint a Headteacher with a proven record of leading a high achieving school.  Are you the inspirational and creative leader who can step up to this challenge?

? Has the skills to consolidate a strong team involving staff, parents, governors, children and the wider community;

? Is committed to the Christian ethos and values of our school.
