If you have a complaint about a bus service or the way that you have been treated by a bus company, then complain to the company in the first instance (preferably in writing), including details of date, time, location and vehicle registration number if possible.
If your complaint remains unresolved, or you are concerned about the safety or an operator's vehicle, or you have suggestions or criticisms which you may help to improve the operation of services in your area please email highways@northamptonshire.gov.uk
Alternatively, the Bus Appeals Body (BAB) will pursue your complaint if it concerns staff behaviour, reliability or information.
