From teachers to firefighters, social workers to lollipop people, there are around 20,000 county council staff working hard for the people of Northamptonshire.
Celebrating Success is your opportunity to recognise a Northamptonshire County Council staff member or team who has really stood out from the crowd and gone the extra mile for you or someone you know.
The background
Northamptonshire County Council is changing and we are working on some very exciting projects designed to transform the way we conduct our business, employ people and deliver modern 21st century public services.
One of the most significant projects involves our employees, and our approach to them. We want to build and develop an organisation of people committed to partnership working and delivering services, carrying out our statutory responsibilities effectively and efficiently and making a real difference to the people and communities in Northamptonshire.
About the Celebrating Success Awards Ceremony
The Awards Ceremony is designed to recognise and showcase the best of what we have to offer from our staff.
The Celebrating Success Awards Ceremony is funded solely from external sponsorship as we are committed to ensuring that the council’s budget is spent on those customers and communities who need it the most.
The top three shortlisted teams/individuals will be invited to join the celebrations at the awards ceremony as well as the person who nominated them.
